Kreasi Resep: Ayam Kalkun Bumbu Rujak

Written By the world tutorial on Sabtu, 10 September 2011 | 21.58

Yummmyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AYAM KALKUN BUMBU RUJAK
Bahan2:
  • = 2 sayap ayam kalkun, potong per ruasnya
  • = 3 - 4 sendok makan minyak goreng utk menumis
  • = asam Jawa sebesar ibu jari, larutkan dalam 4 sdk makan air
  • = 2 batang serai, potong2 sepanjang 4 cm
  • = 2 lembar daun salam
  • = 4 helai daun jeruk
  • = 2 - 3 kaleng santan cair berisi masing2 400 ml.
Bahan2 Bumbu yang Dihaluskan:
  • = 12 butir bawang merah
  • = 4 cabe rawit merah (bisa ditambah sesuai pedasnya)
  • = 4 siung bawang putih
  • = 1 sdk makan ketumbar
  • = merica
  • = 4 butir kemiri
  • = 1 sdk teh bubuk kunyit
  • = 2 cm lengkuas (aku pakai yg frozen)
  • = 1 sdk teh bubuk jinten putih/ cumin (ini aku tambah sendiri)
  • = garam
  • = gula merah kira2 3 - 4 sdk makan
Cara membuatnya:
1. Masukkan bahan2 bumbu ke dalam blender, tambahkan minyak goreng, haluskan.
2. Masukkan bumbu2 halus ke dalam wajan atau panci yg sudah panas. Tumis sampai wangi.
3. Tambahkan serai, daun jeruk, daun salam, dan potongan2 ayam kalkun.
4. Balik2 ayam kalkun supaya rata terkena bumbu.
5. Tambahkan air asam dan santan kaleng pertama. Lalu masukkan gula merah.
6. Kecilkan api, tunggu kira2 5 menit masukkan santan kaleng kedua.
7. Masak dengan api sedang. Sekali2 diaduk supaya tidak lengket. Tambahkan air sedikit2 kalau santan berkurang (atau tambahkan santan lagi kalau mau).

What you put on a sandwich is really up to your imagination and preferences. Just remember to put together things you enjoy eating because you have to eat it.
  4. When you have finished putting together the foods you like to eat, slice the sandwich for easier handling.

Alternate Method

  1. Lay out the bread on the preparing surface.

How to Make Pizza

How to Make Pizza

Pizza originated in Italy, but has now been taken around the world, becoming a popular food all over. It can go with almost anything! Creating your own pizza could give you a better taste than the ones you buy in the shop. This how-to will give you 3 different ways of creating your pizza. Some methods are faster than the others!

Ingredients

  • Pre-made or homemade dough
  • 1 egg (as glaze)
  • Tomato paste
  • Grated cheese (usually mozzarella, romano, parmesan, or some combination)
  • Olive oil (Optional)
  • Toppings can be almost anything you like, including
    • Sliced pepperoni
    • Chopped onions
    • Green peppers
    • Sausage
    • Bacon or bacon bits
    • Chicken
    • Olives
    • Mushrooms
    • Ground beef
    • Ham
    • Pineapple
  • Yeast
  • Sifted flour
  • Warm water

Steps

  1. Spread tomato paste on your pizza dough.
  2. Add a sprinkling of cheese.
  3. Add any other toppings that you might enjoy.
  4. With a brush add some egg to glaze all around the edges of your pizza dough.
  5. Place your pizza on an oven tray sprayed with olive-oil, so that the pizza doesn't stick.
  6. Put your pizza in the oven, and turn it down to about 160C or 320F degrees.
  7. Take it out after about 15 - 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Use your own judgment to tell when the pizza is ready. The cheese should be a golden brown, but it should not be burnt.

Oven Method (fast)

  1. Preheat your oven to about 180c or 350F. (C=Celsius F=Fahrenheit.)
  2. Sprinkle the yeast into a medium bowl containing 1 1/4 cup warm water and stir until yeast dissolves.
  3. Add 2 cups sifted flour and stir until blended.
  4. Add another 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour and blend until too stiff to stir with a spoon.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it for 10 to 15 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. (See "How to Knead Dough" in the "Related wikiHows".)
  6. Place the dough in another bowl greased with a small amount of oil. Turn the dough once so that the top is oiled.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for about 45 minutes--until the dough rises to about double its original size.
  8. Dump the dough back onto the floured surface and punch it down, getting rid of any bubbles. Divide the dough in half and let it rest a few minutes.
  9. Roll each half into a 12-inch circle, depending on your personal preference for how thick pizza crust should be. (It will puff slightly when baked.)
  10. Transfer the dough to an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet, or, if you have a baking stone, to a cornmeal-sprinkled wooden pizza peel for transfer directly to the stone.
  11. Add sauce, cheese and toppings as desired. If you like, brush exposed edges of the crust with olive oil.
  12. 12
Bake each pizza for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and cheese is melted.

Grill Method (Faster)

  1. Spread the sauce all over the tortilla but you might want to leave a little crust around the edge.
  2. Put on your toppings and arrange.
  3. Grate the cheese over the pizza.
  4. Simply put it under the grill. Be careful not to get burned and your pizza could sizzle and pop because of the common bubbles in the pizza crust.
  5. Take it out after three minutes, it should be done!

Wood-fired oven method (Even faster)

  1. Get your pizza base, it can be any sort, although don't make it more than 2 cms (3/4 inch) thick when cooked.
  2. Place your tomato base and toppings on.
  3. Make sure your Wood-fired oven is very hot for the best pizza ever and to help the pizza cook faster.
  4. Put your pizza into the oven, preferably on a tray so the base does not burn.
  5. Turn your pizza every 30 seconds for two minutes, and at the 1:30 mark take it off the tray. Now your pizza should be done.
  6. Take your pizza out, slice and enjoy!

Kebab Recipes for Perfection: How to Make Kebabs

Kebab Recipes for Perfection: How to Make Kebabs

Kebabs have become very popular in Western Food culture over the last few decades and are commonly referred to as "shish kebab" at cookouts and American menus. Shish kebab is translated to skewer of grilled meat and encompasses many variations of the kebab.

In the Middle East, kebabs are not always prepared on a skewer and do not always consist of cubed meat and veggies.

Since kebab are prepared in just about every Middle Eastern country, there are several spellings, such as kabob, kebob, kebap, kabab, and kebab.

Kebab Recipes

Beef Shish Kebabs Marinated cubes or sirloin combined with fresh veggies make this beef shish kebab easy, yet flavorful.

Spicy Lamb Kebab If you are looking for a kebab with a kick, this is it! Lamb is marinated in a spicy blend of herbs, creating a flavorful lamb kebab.

Shrimp Kebab This shrimp kebab recipe is perfect for beginners. It requires very few ingredients, but is bursting with flavor.

Samak Kebab Fish make an excellent addition to a kebab. Grilled halibut, swordfish, or salmon combined with this marinade make this dish a winner.

Lamb Shish Kebab This recipe for lamb shish kebab is easy, requires few ingredients, and is perfect for dipping.

Shish Taouk Chicken kebab are the perfect cookout food. Chicken cooks very well on the grill and this recipe is perfect for beginners.

Lamb and Beef Kubideh A blend of ground lamb and beef with spices are combined and skewered.

Chelo Kebabs Chelo kebab are the national dish of Iran and one of the oldest type of kebab. This recipe is basic, yet full of flavor.

Kofta Kofta is a great alternative to meatloaf! Made with ground beef and spices, it is cooked, but not served on a skewer.

All Skewers are Not Created Equal

The type of skewer you use is very important when making kebabs. I prefer flat, stainless steel skewers. The meat and vegetables cling to the skewer better than wooden kinds.

If you do use wooden skewers, it is best to soak them in water for about 15 minutes before use because they can splinter. Do not use heavy cubes of beef or weigh down wooden skewers, as they will split in half.

Regardless of what type of skewer you use, be sure to apply a light coat of cooking oil before threading vegetables and meat. Your meats and veggies will slide off with ease!

Charcoal vs. Gas Grills

I am often asked which grill is best for kebabs. For an authentic tasting kebab, a charcoal grill is best. I think it produces a better flavor than a gas grill.

Gas grills are certainly more popular than charcoal grills in western cooking culture. A gas grill will certainly do the job. It is really a matter of personal taste when it comes to the type of grill.

Read more about charcoal vs. gas grilling.

Don't have a grill? no worries. The oven broiler is another method of cooking kebabs.

Remember to spray a light coat of cooking oil on the grill before cooking the kabobs to prevent sticking.

Serving Kebabs

Kebabs are traditionally served over a bed of rice, with pita bread and veggies. They can be served on or off the skewer. Dipping sauces like Turkish cacik are a popular accompaniment.

Soup
Lup cheong, also known as lop chong, or Chinese sweet sausage, is a wonderful, traditional addition to fried rice. It should be cooked (steamed or pan-fried) first, and diced or sliced before being added to the fried rice.[1]
Oyster sauce, which can be found in Chinatown, adds great flavor, and doesn't taste like oysters. only a little is needed, and you can add after cooking. The Lee Kum Kee brand is good. However, some may contain MSG, so check the label if you want to avoid that.
Fried rice is a great way to utilize various leftovers or items in your refrigerator. A timesaver is to use a handful of diced, frozen mixed vegetables - the peas, carrots, etc. add color, nutrition and flavor in seconds.
It's recommended to use overnight left-over rice for fried rice because it is firmer than freshly cooked rice. This will prevent rice sticking together while stir frying.

Warnings

Use caution when operating any cooking surface or container to avoid injury.
Be careful when you cut the vegetables.
Beware when performing and "frying" operation as oil tends to "spit" from cooking surfaces, and some food items will actually explode when exposed to hot enough oil.
